Yes, it's everywhere.
And it's been around for quite a while now.
But I'm still loving it.

Even the humble burlap with some French words stamped upon it
is elevated to a higher level.
On a recent fabric buying trip I finally acquired some for myself.
This is from Waverly, called "Pen Pal."
It's a fairly large scale print on a mottled beige background.
There's even a touch of gold metallic for some glam,
(as if anything French needed more glam).

I will be using it for needle cases,
in a variety of styles.
This is a hanging organizer for circular needles.
Do you like French Script fabric?
Have you found any unique uses for it?
Bon Jour!

I have one of those long roll pillows and it makes me mad that the antique mall booth person made it sound like it was a real old grain sack bag turned into that pillow and I have later seen that they are mass produced.
Yes I have a lampshade with the french script and love it....Also love your needle cases.
Pretty Fabric!

Love it to pieces...french, burlap....love it as lamp shades, pillows, and the French script fabric is a knock out for curtains. :)
This is one of my favorite fabrics and I have used it for a few years now. Love your uses of it! xo Diana
I haven't quite gotten into the French thing yet. I'm amazed at how many people love it and how popular it is. Not that I don't find it beautiful, but am trying to figure how to fit it in with my country/shabby/farmstyle look that I love so well. :)
