LOL! I can tell I need to have been watching this!! ;) blessings ~ tanna
I take the easy way out and read what others are talking about. Your Muffins looked so yummy and coffee or tea would be just fine to go with them. Have a wonderful day. Your Missouri Friend.
I've been on pins&needles waiting for this moment! I sure hope they'll be back next season. Wewere left hanging wondering about the outcome of so..much!
okay, you've totally lost me...who are Mary and Matthew and what show are we watching?
If you need a little something to tide you over post-Downton, find a copy of the BBC re-make of "Sense and Sensibility" from a about 3 years ago. Very good (I can't decide if I like this one or Emma Thompson's 1994 version best) and Dan Stevens plays Edward Ferrars in it.
This is our favorite show! We just began watching it @a month ago and were immediately drawn in, even though we were a little 'lost' at first. I love the vintage textiles, dress, home decor and understand it is based on true historical events. BTW your applesauce muffins looked delicious!...and what a nice knitting group you are a part of.
Sigh--- oh how I love Downton. Every single minute of it!Vicki
I really, really need to watch the season one series on line and then get up to speed with everyone here!
The name of your blog, drew me in. I love anything/everything "cottage." Even though I don't live in one.And how perfect a setup you and your sister have. You each have a floor to yourselves. But you are still both in the same house. I think it's sad, that many sisters don't co-habitate. But it's probably that a lot of years, in one's own place, doesn't make for wanting to share. But you two have the perfect setup. Congratulations on this! Gentle hugs,"Auntie"
