My New Year Day post
was the beginning of this project.
Today it was finished!
If you're unfamiliar with the term,
a shrug is a short, open front jacket,
somewhat like a bolero.
My shrug is an interesting shape because
it can be worn in two ways.
The first two pictures show it with the seams on the shoulders,
creating a shorter version.
you get a longer length and fuller sleeves.
Interesting...
Side view of my shrug worn with
the seams at the bottom.

WOW!! That FUSION yarn is delicious!! Love those colorways!! And, your shrug is wonderful! Exciting to see!
Finished knitting the hat last night. Still need to get elastic to finish it off!
I would love a shrug in black or a creamy yarn?
Love the pattern....looks like fun. How long did it take?

Hi
I just love your shrug!! In the 50's a shrug was very popular. I'm starting a knitting class next week and I would love to have the pattern.
Thank for sharing.

Sooo beautiful!! I wish I could knit. I crochet. Just can't seem to get knitting to stick in my brain! These colors are GREAT!!
I would love to know how you make fusion yarn. Do you explain it somewhere?
Love that shrug and the scarf too!

Ooooh I LOVe that shrug!! Please, can you share that pattern with us? Or point us in the right direction to find it? :D Just gorgeous!
These are lovely. I am hosting a Valentine Giveaway. I would love for you to stop by!
I'm with everyone else.. this is beautiful. Saw it yesterday when I visited here and I've been thinking about it every since. If the pattern is not a secret I'd love to know where I can find it. Also, you totally outdid yourself with your yarn creation. Very, very yummy!
Do you make any shrugs for sale? And
if so, what do you charge? Your work
is beautiful. I want to knit but can't
seem to "get" it yet.
